Edward Flannigan was a fixture in the town of Clarion. Serving as a restaurant and bar manager for over 30 years, Ed's infectious smile provided a lasting impact on many people's lives.  Besides taking care of customers, Ed felt strongly about education and work ethic.  He enjoyed creative costumes during the Halloween season, with a shot and a cold beer.  It is all together fitting that Clarion River Brewing Company created an annual Halloween party to help raise funds for scholarship that can help support a Clarion University Student.
